The requirement set in "Swedbank", AB (hereinafter the Bank) Payment service provision conditions (available on the website of the Bank) applicable to a single payment transaction shall also apply for this payment order except of Bank's liability. The liability of the Bank acting as payment initiation service provider is regulated and limited solely by the Law on Payments of Republic of Lithuania. Payment details received will be stored by the Bank and processed for provision of payment initiation service. Personal data is processed in accordance with Swedbank's Principles of Processing Personal Data).
By initiating this payment order I consent that it would be initiated from the chosen account and all information provided in the payment order details would be transferred to the bank indicated in the payment order.
I acknowledge that the availability and functionality of the Payment initiation service is significantly dependent on the full functionality of the other payment institution, acting as an account servicing payment provider, and that the Bank does not and cannot guarantee the successful payment execution in the event of failure, malfunction or adjustments within such involved other payment institution system or lost access thereto.
